Ljubica Ruben has over forty years of working experience, from which ten years as Director of the legal sector in the company Centrohemija Skopje and three year experience as a journalist in the area of law. From 1989 to 2002 she worked as an Attorney at law. In 1995 Mrs. Ruben founded the law firm MENS LEGIS in which she currently is the Managing Partner. Promoting a culture which upholds the highest possible quality, transparency and integrity in all aspects of doing business, Mrs. Ruben has already established the MENS LEGIS Law Firm brand within the international network of law firms around the world. A clear understanding of the needs of international investors along with professional education in US and Europe put herself in a position to work on many remarkable projects and significant transactions.

She actively works on improving the business climate in North Macedonia and the region through participating in a large number of projects as member of the workshops for amendment of laws, speaker on events, lecturer, organizer of educational seminars, author of many articles in professional daily newspapers in the area of law and expert for protection of industrial property rights.
