Hilmgasse 10, Graz
4-3316-SHOW,
With our team of around 30 lawyers working in offices in Vienna and Graz, we are amongst Austria’s leading law firms. Our network of close relationships with top quality partner law firms in Central and (South)-Eastern Europe, Western Europe (inter alia Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and Great Britain) and the United States enables us to advise our clients on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions in well-established and professional teams. Solely top experts with an educational background in Austria as well as abroad and sound language skills work on board of Eisenberger & Herzog. Having worked for many years in renowned international law firms, our partners are experienced lawyers who are well acquainted with the professional needs of international clients. Our mission statement Dedicated to go the extra mile is not just a slogan; it applies to each of our partners and associates. The roots of our firm date back to 1967 when Gottfried Eisenberger took over the firm of Biro & Reik. In 1968 Gottfried Eisenberger and Jörg Herzog founded a partnership which was later joined by Michael Nierhaus and Ralph Forcher and, in 1995, by Christian Riesemann and Georg Eisenberger. Gottfried Eisenberger became emeritus in 2001 and has since been active for our firm as a senior adviser in his areas of special expertise, namely waste management law and general administrative law. Since our re-focus on corporate law, initiated in 2004, we are one of the most strongly growing Austrian law firms. In the course of our expansion to date we have been able to attract six partners, who have been working for many years in top international law firms including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Schönherr Rechtsanwälte in Vienna, London and New York. Simultaneously with the opening of our Vienna office in January 2005, we have been expanding and intensifying our network of cooperations with law firms in Central and (South-)Eastern Europe, Western Europe (inter alia Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and Great Britain) and the United States. Backed by these well-coordinated teams, which have been working together in many joint transactions, we can guarantee our clients first class advice in a one-shop approach. Notwithstanding the rapid development of our team in these past years, what clients see in us today already will remain in the foreground: dynamic and efficient advice to our clients, top legal quality and delight in our work and with our clients. Our team of highly qualified lawyers unites long-standing experience with dynamics, creativity and efficiency. We offer our clients not only advice of highest legal quality – this is a matter of course – but stand for target oriented advice and highest dedication. Our mission statement "dedicated to go the extra mile" is actual practice in our interaction within our team and with our clients. Delight in our work and fun in our team and with our clients are the key to our success – and to the success of our clients. Specialisation of a high grade is essential to meet the demands put on corporate law firms. Our teams are thus organised in specialised practice groups, whilst close internal cooperation amongst our lawyers remains guaranteed with a view to providing best possible advice to our clients.Specialisation of a high grade is essential to meet the demands put on corporate law firms.
