In August, 2000, 4 experienced lawyers, registered at the Bar Council of Oudenaarde, have decided to join forces and to merge their offices into a fully fledged association.
The head office of this association was established in an office building, situated close to the city centre of Oudenaarde. The Einestraat is a side street of the Markt, which offers plenty of parking facilities. The office itself lies within walking distance from the Markt (150 metres). Adequate follow-up on files is ensured by 4 lawyers-associates and 4 lawyers-assistants, helped by the required administrative and logistic staff, who also take care of the proper reception.
Quite a lot of attention was given to infrastructure and equipment as well. In this way, several clients can be received in separate offices simultaneously and discreetly; a suitable conference room has been provided for meetings.
The informatics at our disposal are among the most advanced in its kind; word processing, file and diary management have been fully geared to one another and integrated. Also the management of funds is executed completely electronically, so as to ensure that these funds be transferred without delay to the entitled parties.
And obviously also internet is available, as is clearly shown by this website.

In addition, a lot of attention was given to the subdivision into different subjects of preference, which allows every lawyer to permanently engage into those branches of law that he/she was entrusted with.
