The “SAJIC“ Law Firm, general partnership Banja Luka, was the first, and (up) until recently the only law firm in the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Our offices are located in Banja Luka, 3 Vladike Platona Street, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
An important component of our business approach is our attorneys, who are recognized as leaders in their practice areas and carriers of the tradition of experience and innovation. At the moment the Firm has fifteen employees: two lawyers and eleven legal associates (B.L.L.), three of which have already passed the Bar examination. All our attorneys hold professional liability insurance.

For the needs of our clients we follow up of all laws and regulations or their amendments and give our opinions, advices and suggestions; we may take part in negotiations on concluding various types of contracts, make drafts of contracts, collect documentation and submit applications for use of non-returnable and returnable funds from EU and other available funds, represent our clients before all local, entity and state bodies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. With some clients we often make arrangements for providing legal services on a full-time basis by which we are required to be at their disposal for any legal matter and need, for a fixed monthly fee.

We provides legal services throughout the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina, before all judicial and administrative bodies. We can handle an assignment in any part of the country. All of our employees speak fluent English or German. We also attend seminars in the region and in the EU in the area of human rights, international trade law, market economy, international humanitarian law, property and adjective law and other areas, which provide us with continuing education and expertise.
