Our offices are among the largest in each of our markets, and we have very experienced people who can handle our clients' most complex and challenging transactions.
We organise our work in many different ways – by geographic location, by lawyer teams, by industry segment. But most of all we organise our work by practice groups.
This means that our teams of legal experts – whether they specialise in M&A, or dispute resolution or real estate – work on a daily basis with other lawyers concentrating in that same specialised area of practice – whether they are based in Vienna or Tirana or Prague or Belgrade.
When a client encounters a problem during expansion into a new market, we usually find that someone in one of our offices has already faced a similar problem in another jurisdiction. Our daily practice group contacts help us to find a solution more quickly and without reinventing the wheel.
In addition to this daily exchange of ideas and legal insights, our practice groups run regular training sessions that help to raise the level of knowledge and experience across all of our offices. They say that practice makes perfect. We may not be perfect yet, but we think the hands-on training provided by our practice groups is helping us move in the right direction.
